I think Gruden sold the high five with a hard fake then warped it into a hug to show him some man love.

BTW, Conte stayed healthy because he played 20 yards behind Gronkowski and then didn't really attempt to tackle him after he got the ball.

I'm not sure. I know he picked up a hip pointer (or "a hip", as Trestman would put it) in the Dolphins game, and left the Pats game early. Not sure what his prognosis is, but if it's just that, I would guess he'll be back after the bye week rest.
