The best advice we can probably give is just to be patient this week and let the roster form completely.

Like...if Gibson got cut today, lets be sad in a week if HaHa isn't back (he's available.) Some things that happen might be about who becomes available, or a surprise young guy that pushed them out.

AR isn't going to be cut, but Miller/Daniels/Bars/RRH...basically anybody with an attitude or a coaching overhaul at their position could be guys where staff is looking for something else.

Miller has to outplay his personality for instance, and has a bunch of draft picks behind him. RRH is a classic Fangio long armed DE. Bars and Mustipher were Notre Dame guys for Heistand.

Just let the staff do their job this week and we'll hang them for it later.

It adds the confusion for opposing GM's looking to poach your practice squad. If all cuts are in one list, it becomes an easy shopping list. You sprinkle some gems in with some early trash, break it into 16 groups, sprinkle treasure in early and late, wait for positional gems to appear elsewhere and distract from you temptations, and pray.

(haha, my marijuana paranoia's probably have nothing to do with it, I think its the humanitarian side of taking the time for management that have built relationships with these guys to explain the decision and opportunties potentially in future, treat them all humanly and not burn bridges you don't need to) You can only explain it to a bunch at a time.
