This should be interesting.

The Dodgers who are the dumbest team in baseball for actually spending money.

The same Dodgers who had the Troll Patrol lining up to tell me how dumb I was when I predicted near the end of June that the Dodgers would make the playoffs.

19-6 since and gone from roughly 5 games behind Arz to 2.5 games in front.

You're right -- hitting .313 in his first 14 games is terrible.

Shit, the reason his average is still that high is because he hit like crazy his first 4-5 games. He hasn't hit much since then.

I still hope he can learn to adjust and figure the MLB game out and be a solid contributor for us for many years.

Well, of course.... the guy's had 58 at-bats. It'd be shortsighted to draw any conclusions from such a small sample size. He's been fun to watch and brought some excitement o the Cubs. His versatility will be a nice asset going forward.

Definitely! It was/is exciting. Hopefully with Puig in town he can go off again and have a killer series.

How cool is it having a guy named Junior Lake playing right next to the biggest lake?

It's not. But I'll have a hit. Does Lake play in Duluth, MN or something ?

Haha. My bad. It's still one of the bigger lakes we have.

No problem. Had to rub it in. Since Lake is a Hendry clone. Lets hope he does well next season so he can be traded for multiple prospects, since the Cubs have no plans of competing anyway. Would love to see the haul for him.

JUNIOR! He did it again!

Josmin- It's just Lake sending a couple "Fuck you Mr. Cub"s into the seats.
