Report: Bulls interested in EuroLeague MVP

The Chicago Bulls are reported to be interested in trading for newly-crowned EuroLeague and Final Four MVP Vasilije Micic.

According to Mozzart Sport, the Bulls have been considering to acquire Micic and are ready to hit the market to get the player’s rights from the Oklahoma City Thunder even before the NBA Draft night (29/7).

Took me a few seconds to realize I was reading an overseas article when I saw them list the draft date as 29/7.


That said, it's tough for me to imagine trading capital for a guy - who is no doubt a good player - who is 27 and would be a rookie in the NBA.

Not interested. Being 27 and factoring in how much more development he needs to adjust his game.... He gives away his movement a little too much to be a starter on a playoff team. NBA specialty defenders will basically force him to either be a full time flopper or a turnover machine. He should stick to Europe where he can thrive.

He seems like a nice fit to help play P Will at different positions.

Can he defend though?

Ak better find some people to defend the dribble at some point.
