The more I read about him, he sounds like a slam dunk.

He probably is too honest and rocks the boat behind the scenes trying to get wins. Agreeable nice guys only need apply.

This is the no-brainer move the Bears should be all in on making. You get your diverse hire, on top of a guy with proven ability to bring high end talent to his team. No question whether its Dodds, Brown or Ballard. Leave no doubt. Hire Smith.

Not good. Outside of Owen Daniels, the Texans have never had a difference maker there and he was drafted the year before Smith arrived.

He should of already been hired and been in on the interview for Flores today. I don’t know what the hood up is honestly. Since this position is really head of football operations getting a proven guy with experience, and a positive track record is a slam dunk hire.

But of course gotta see if George gets wowed.

So the Falcons, Lions and Jaguars all looked at him and said no way! That should tell us something.

You've never gone into an interview just out of curiosity?
You've never walked out of an interview thinking "Ah, hell no. I'm not working at that toxic place"??

All three are the worst of the worst...cept maybe Bears' brass...unless George likes him like a senile grandpa and can do no wrong in his eyes. ?‍♂️
