I know it's not over, and I know the odds pitching wise might be a bit against us, BUT, They still need to stop a guy who has only given up 2 runs or less in each start this postseason in Hendricks. But no matter what happens tonight. It feels like the Drought can very well end sooner rather than later with this team. We should be proud of this team. Two times they were down, this time they could not let this team back in it, and they pushed them to here where not both are on the edge and there is no turning back. They don't give up, they don't surrender in 5 or 6, and here we are.

Win or lose tonight, we should all just be happy they could push this team to 7 after all that... but all that said, let's end this at 108 please? Silence the Goat shit for good.

Negative, no consolation prize if we come up one game short - ask Buffalo Bills fans. Got to seize this opportunity, you never know what injuries and/or luck and circumstances will bring in the future.

100% disagree. No feel good story here. Win it all or they are losers and the unbelievable streak of futility continues. It is all about winning championships. I'm not happy with 2nd place nor should anyone be. They were the best team in the league this year and anything but a championship is a HUGE disappointment.

Enjoy the season or be bitter about it. It doesn't matter, it won't affect anything, and these Cubs nor their front office care what you think. Stop demanding that other fans attach the same meaning to the season that you do, and for the love of god stop spouting off meatball-y cliches that you ripped off your "No Fear" t-shirt collection in junior high.

I think that is the first time you and I have ever agreed on CCS. Well said.
