What would keto have to do with pooping more frequently? It's actually cleaner eating. It's those fat fucks who constantly eat chips, cookies, donuts etc that are constantly shitting their brains out. The soppy pussies have no control cause they're always storing this garbage in their stomachs.
I poop nowhere but on my own toilet at home. Can't even remember the last time I pooped anywhere else. Pooping in a public bathroom is so uncouth. And who can't hold their shit for 8 lousy hours at work? I can hold mine for days. A man who can't control his own shit cannot control anything. Do mine in the AM pre-shower. Some days are skipped altogether as I haven't the need. Keto poop is a much more controllable, perfect poop.
