The White Sox have acquired RHP Shawn Hill from the Blue Jays in exchange for cash. He has been assigned to AAA Charlotte.

Rotation depth it seems.

Last pitched in the majors in 2012 with Toronto: 0.00 ERA/ 5.09 FIP / 5.58 xFIP / 5.21 SIERA

Spent 2013 with AAA Toledo: 5.51 ERA / 4.60 FIP / 1.58 WHIP

Not doing too much better in the Jays' system this year:
AA: 5.09 ERA / 4.59 FIP
AAA: 4.85 ERA / 5.75 FIP

I was listening to the Score this morning and they asked Coop if this was one of those trades where he saw something in the guy and thought he could fix him... Coop indicated that he had no idea there was any trade and that was the first he had heard of this guy haha.

Coop hasn't fixed anybody for ages now. Most overrated PC around, if not for his being a direct mouthpiece to KW, he'd probably be looking for new employment by now.

not everyone is fixable. thats why there are a ton of pitchers in baseball that just flat out blow.

Unless you're getting Dave Duncan or Rick Peterson, I'd rather hold onto Cooper.
