Just saw on NFL MOBILE that the 49ers are very interested in Odell Beckham Jr and it's been a known rumor that the Steelers love him as well. If the pot is sweet enough for Phil, do you think he trades down? I know a trade down has been discussed ad nauseam with the 49ers, but it may be a real possibility. I want Donald, but if he is gone I would be ok with it. In Phil I trust.

Your score is: 4858 (GRADE: A-)*

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 30 (S.F.):*Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech (A-)
Round 2 Pick 19:*Deone Bucannon, SS, Washington State (B+)

Round 2 Pick 24 (S.F.):*Kareem Martin, DE, North Carolina (A-)
Round 2 Pick 29 (S.F.):*Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech (A)
Round 3 Pick 18:*DaQuan Jones, DT, Penn State (A)
Round 4 Pick 17:*Caraun Reid, DT, Princeton (C)
Round 5 Pick 16:*Michael Schofield, OT, Michigan (B)
Round 6 Pick 7:*Storm Johnson, RB, UCF (B+)
Round 6 Pick 15:*Tom Hornsey, P, Memphis (A)

Did the draft Simulator and accepted a trade with the 49ers just to see what it looked like. I like this draft and most of these players have had interest shown to them from the Bears. Not all, but most

If the 49ers offer

1.29
2.56
2.61

I would agree before the awkward silence happened and I do not care who is on the board, that is a chance for us to have 4 top 2 round talents that could remake a defense in one offseason.

Yeah if SF calls up and offers their 1st, 2nd and 3rd to move up...You do it. Bears can grab a player like Buchanon with the 29th and pretty much fill all their needs by the end of the 3rd round.

They gave you a bad grade on Reid because you went DT back to back. I noticed they do that on the firstpick simulator even if it makes sense to draft the same position in consecutive rounds. That simulator is addictive, & has taken over for my morning Solitaire.

The Steelers pick 15. We pick 14. Why would they trade with us?

Because we might take their guy?

I personally rather not trade down at all

If 69ers want to trade to pick Odell then we would call Steelers and say 9ers want to trade what will you give us to make sure they don't pick your guy.

Also a big fan of First-pick.com, but the only thing with it is that they have a very set pattern, and they also didn't upgrade team needs all that well. Bucannon is almost guaranteed to be there in the early 3rd in this simulator, I always wait for Bucannon, but I don't think that'll happen in real life. Reid's mark will only be an A once it hits like the compensatory picks in the 4th but he's usually gone by the 5th. I do think the needs vs. points system is pretty interesting, because it gives you an idea of what would be a good value pick later on in the draft but I don't think double dipping should be so detrimental to the points. I like finding out about players when they get an A grade somewhere later in the draft so I can look them up and see if there's any validation to the marks. But it's a solid mock, I'd really like that. Especially getting Niklas, while still getting all our needs on D.

you have to learn that the draft value chart applies to everyone except the bears. When we trade down we get very little. When we trade up we sell the house, the barn, and the farm.

Very addicting. Been ruining my mornings too, production-wise at least

One can easily go into a tirade trying to achieve as many straight A's as possible while trading down to create more picks/A-grades with higher point totals.

If Donald, and perhaps Pryor, are off the board I would consider trading back to the niner's spot, but they would have to pay a lot, like their first, a second, and a third.
