Shot in the dark guess based on general distrust of the scumweasels at Halas - 2 more weeks before he can practice.

Relax. This is sarcasm.

The injury time varies so much...just put your estimate in the comments.
It's actually a valid thread. I'd add bulging disk for the win. Something most of us have had at some point and got better but not good for a participating LT.

May be very well why he slid to the 2nd round.

An even bigger kick in the nuts if Pace didn't need to trade up...lol.
Until Pace is able to see into the future he sucks

He had a back injury his senior season in college.

You don't need to see in the future to avoid trading up for that.
Pace isn't a doctor. None of us know if Jenkins had a clean medical on draft night. None of us know what reports the Bears' doctors had in their hands. Do you know or are you just bitching and blaming because that's kind of your thing?

Bears not being honest with what is really going on. I am 54 years old and if i tweak my back or have soreness it shouldn't last more than a week or so. At this point he is either injured or soft. Thought all football players were tough and played through pain. Sometimes best thing to do is actually move around to get circulation to the area.

Would Bears' blow smoke with articles about how Jenkins wants to be in and is mad they're holding him out?

I'm going with Jenkins has a chronic condition. And eventually the team will ask him if he is good to go. And he will say yes.
