Wow. Prizm has dropped on Fanatics already in megas and blasters.. Megas were 105, Blasters 50 already online for double-triple.

Prizm retail is a mirage.

Draft picks, good product but not the main NBA set, didn't even make the shelves. I found out the stockers rotation in my area and he put out the empty display but not one pack, so the shit is sold before it even gets to the shelves.

There's hockey everywhere tho

I did find a couple packs of update baseball and lucked out with a Robert RC and a chrome Robert subset RC of Turkey.

Here I thought the rush as over and things were finally going back to normal, I was wrong.

I did pull a Laff YG out of a blaster which must have been a mistake on UD's part since pulling the big name YG's out of blasters is almost impossible.

Well, your "hobby" pack is going to be a first series Topps without a key rookie, so like 2012, it will be searched of hits, or it wouldn't be in there, and your retail will probably be like 92 Upper Deck or something.

It's not worth nine bucks.

That pokemon tho is most definitely worth 15.

So my son-in-law has gotten into having cards appraised for people. He collects the cards......drives to LA......has them appraised and then drives back home. He has made some pretty good cash doing it even though I don't really understand it.

Pokemon is rip and sell. Sell it as quickly as you can before the next series.

I got a box of last year's Prizm basketball for Xmas.

I do not want to know how much the gf spent on it. I really don't even want to open it.

Ok guys, total newbie here but I just got a Walter Payton rookie card (#148) from Topps, 1976 as a gift. Corners/edges look fantastic and the PSA/Beckett website looks overwhelming. How can I get this thing graded and valued in the simplest manner possible?

Well next day PSA costs 1500 but you will get it next day.

Post a picture and I will give my honest opinion if it's worth 1500 next day grading.

The top right corner is a little soft, and top to bottom it's around 80/20 centering left to right around 45/55. Plus there's a printing flaw on his forehead above his right eye

Now here's the real question. Whomever gave that to you where in gods name did they store that card? Because cards in that good a shape rarely come out of a pack from that year.

Now, I'm not trying to be a jerk, but

Looks an awful lot like the card you have. Similar centering.

Now, if i were you, I would send it to PSA just for it's authentication not so much it's grade and wait it out. If that card is authentic it's worth an awful lot of money because it's like an 8 minimum ,with a print flaw qualifier maybe a 9.

Dude it was weird. My aunt in law sent it a week late as a Christmas gift. Heart of gold lady. MILs twin sister. Anyways, she doesn't make diddly poo and bought this off Amazon for $12. Came in a clunky, cheap plastic case with a tiny Bears helmet in it. When I realized it was Walter I called her and she told me. We logged into her Amazon history and she thought she ordered a mid 80s Walter, non-descript card. The picture did not meet the description! LOL.
