After Midnight (start Jan 3) the best meteor shower of the year begins. Unfortunately the moon is too bright to get the full affect visually.
(and it's overcast where I live)
Fun fact; we don't know for sure what the actual source is, for all these little rocks that will be hitting Earth at 90k mph per hour. ;-)
