I started running three weeks ago. Started 13:40 mile time got it down to 11:00 but got hurt outside of running so waiting to heal before restarting

I'm running a Biggest Loser competition at work. Have about 12 co-workers or so that are going to sign up for an 8K in December. Every Wednesday I've been bringing along people on runs along the lake. We did 2.5 today. Can't wait until I get them up to 3+ next week.

I used Asics through two years of HS track, and also through basic in the military. Loved 'em...

About a year ago I started running again, after many years of not doing so. I bought this cheap pair of Nikes to get started with, and I'm surprisingly still using them. They're very light and comfy, and have held up amazingly well.
