I was in MN this past weekend on a business trip, I was watching a local sports show and during an interview Jorge Polanco was asked about what he makes of the division, in particular the up and coming White Sox he said "no disrespect intended but up and coming doesn't win you divisions, that team hasn't proven anything yet, so far as I'm concerned we're the defending division champs, and I feel good about our chances this upcoming season".

Nice! I hope his teammates feel the same way about "that team".

Twins have been pretty damn good the last two years and I wouldn’t take them lightly. However, I think the Sox are going to have superior pitching especially considering the edge I feel they’ll have with the bullpen.

Both teams can mash. Sox will separate themselves because of their pitching and the great strides they’ve made on defense.

Twins have been really damn good. But the White Sox are on the right track and this year they should win the division.

Like @playthrough2001 said, Sox pitching should be the big difference maker this year.

Inexperience lessens talent pool.
Experience increases talent pool.

It will come down to execution and health.
