I don't blame McVay. Look who he is coaching against.

Are the Bears doing formal preparations over the holiday weekend before the season starts?

Why shouldn't they be confident?

It rained here. THAT'S how confident the Rams are! Insulting, really.

Given the situation, a weekend off is pretty normal. Let guys heal up and mentally prepare for the season grind starting Monday.

I hope they are over confident. Bears might have a chance if they look past them.
That team is super bowl ready now that they have a good, maybe great QB. I know some don't believe in Stafford but i think the guy is absolutely legit and having McVay calling plays with a great WR group with Kupp, Woods, V.Jefferson and a healthy D.Jackson and T.Higbee at TE should put them in that category. Losing C.Akers was big but i don't think you need a great RB in that offense and a good one with a couple good backups will be fine and they have Henderson and Michel.

UMMMMMMM....GO BEARS?!?!

Yea, I’m sure the extra 1 day of work(considering I doubt they woulda worked sat/sun) is really gonna change anything.

they’ve been preparing for week 1 for months now. They also know the bears having played them 3 years in a row

Has nagy ever shown that he gets the team ready?*

he doesn’t even deserve to have his name capitalized! That’s right!
capitalization is white aggression

Well, at least incognito will finally get a chance to say I told you so about Stafford if he's even remotely as good as he thinks with the RAMS.

Frankly I'm just expecting him to fall flat on his face as per usual.
