It is his offense and gameplan. Kellen Moore is the play caller at the OC.
It is quite literally just a modern variant McCarthy's schottenheimer WCO that he ran with GB. It works quite well.

You either didn't read or need a massage. LOL at asking me to prove a negative when he positively said he kept his OC's O. Almost all Os share those concepts but keep those blinders on. Cowboys were 1st in yards from scrimmage the year before McCarthy arrived. At least he knew enough to not turn over the apple cart.
