I am all in on Mitch but Nagy does not want to change his offense to fit Mitch's strengths. You can say good coaches adapt to their players but If Nagy is going to fail he is going to go down on his terms. Don't forget when he said "i wasn't brought in to run the i-formation" . Yah no shit Nagy you were brought in to win and when your team finds its identity you play to that strength.

Glennon knew better. Anytime you're playing behind a 1st rounder.....you are on borrowed time

Nothing like bringing the guy in who helped end your best NFL season to come in and then take your job. I hope it lights a fire under him. I think Trubisky has the talent, but he was setting too much for short yardage throws and leaving himself in tough situations on 3rd down. Rather than playing loose and trying to make something happen, he seemed to tighten up and go with his first read more times than not.

Instead, I want to see him take control of the offense. F*** it if the O-Line is bad. Move around in the pocket, tuck it and run every now and then, but more importantly keep your eyes down field and make the defense fear your arm. Once that happens, it loosens up the whole offense. I'm tired of Mitch starting out the game going 5/7 and 13 yards....make the plays count and stretch the field!
