Don’t get old

Nothing personal there buddy, but I have been hearing that piece of my advice my entire life and it's still pretty worthless as literally no one has stopped the aging process.

I have found just something as simple as going for regular walks and solid investments into footwear go a long way in keeping my back in good shape in my middle aged years.
