I use those big icyhot back pads and just stretch out on a bed.

Just threw out my back at the beginning of the month and those XL Icyhot back pads are LEGIT.

Buy two boxes OP because three pads just ain't enough, but I felt a lot better after a week of using those and lifting nothing over five pounds.

If you want a serious answer.. just take it easy for a few days.. pop some OTC pain killers.. and see what happens. If it doesn't get better in a week, I'd maybe see a specialist or something to see if you screwed something up. PCP would probably just give you drugs and send you on your way. Though you could ask him to send you to physical therapy as well.

I've done it before, but this was the first time since I passed that 30 year mark.
