BOURBONNAIS -- So much for Brian Urlacher testing out the impact on his right wrist.

The Bears linebacker is sitting out Saturday's night practice in full pads. But there is no need for caution because it is simply a veteran day off. He did participate in the morning practice.

Hunter Hillenmeyer will get the reps at middle linebacker.

The same goes for Olin Kreutz, who is in shorts. Kreutz is coming off Achilles' surgery. Safety Chris Harris (back) and cornerback Tim Jennings (knee) are out, as expected. Harris is not even on the practice field.

Veteran day off? Shouldn't they have more then 3 days of practice before they give "days off"?

It's Lovies training camp, three day is a lot.
