It seems like the Bears players get along. Which is a good thing because I have seen plenty of talented NFL teams that could not win because of the animosity in the locker room.

I'm not getting the hype yet. They haven't beaten a good team. They've had a the easiest schedule so far in the NFL. They'll need to beat the Vikings, Rams, or even the Packers before I'm going to believe they're an above average team.

they gotta beat the Lions first before I start to think they could maybe make the playoffs. If they beat the Vikings or Rams, then I'll think they could make it to a superbowl

They do. They still have four opportunities to register a quality win with the Vikings twice, Packers and Rams. If they go 0-4 in these games you can't say they're a particularly good team even if they beat the Lions, Giants and Niners and finish 9-7.

They can't control who they play, but they can control who they beat. If they end the season at 9-7 without a single quality win against a playoff caliber team, then they're just an average blob team.
