What is the reason for literally only one starter from the defense being at the OATs?

I would be too. The way the Bears handle media coverage is garbage. For a dogshit team that has accomplished nothing in 15 years, they sure are secretive like they're hiding some kind of secret to success.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  2. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
I think the high use of "literally" is to place emphasis on what one is trying to say, and as such it literally becomes a figure of speech, and what follows may or may not be meant to be taken literally.
