Yeah basically, it's something that was started about 12 -15 years ago. All the big general contractors have you excerise and stretch every morning before you go to work. The insurance companies behind it all. You're on the clock but it still sucks when its cold and windy outside and you're standing in a circle doing the shit

Holy Crap! I've been out of the trades for about 15 years, but I would never have imagined something like that would become a thing. I just can't picture it happening.

Insurance companies are to blame

Stay on youtube but be careful what to believe. Growweedeasy.com is a great site for beginners as is rollitup.com for a forum for questions. It has rep points to weed out the kids and fakes.

Have you bought your 60x microscope yet to watch your trichomes turn from clear to milky? Harvest when all trichs are milky with 5-10% amber. I don't know how many times you topped them but if the buds get to heavy buy some plant YoYo's to help support them or they will break the limb. Stop feeding nutrients 2 weeks before harvest and use 6.3 to 6.8 PH water and flush to get rid of all the nut smell and taste.

Share some pics......maybe we need a "420" subforum. :p PM me if you have questions and I will try and help. Now is the time to hold your breath and buy a shotgun.

Oh shite, I don't even speak that language. Here's the extent of what I've done: planted, watered, topped one time. Period.PLant 1.jpgPlant 2.jpg

Keep in mind....they call this weed for a reason. You could add a bit of Foxfarms soil nutes if you want to fatten the buds up a bit.

And get yourself one of these

So you can see these.

Which you want milky and not clear. 5% amber and chop those babies.

Going to throw a wrench in the whole Blue/White discussion.

I preface this with, I turned a wrench (industrial ET/MT) for 25 yrs. When my body started to break down, I moved to supervision.

Anyways, worked as a blue with the disgust of other blues, because most of it was in a union environment and had to deal with others telling my I made them look bad. I was told "slow down", "quit being involved", "You're not supporting the union by helping the company".

This was the teamsters telling me this... Well you know what? It's about me and my family only. For the most part, not saying all, unions drive complacency. I hate to say it, but that is my perception.

I finally moved to supervision because I was sick of seeing lazy fucks, doing whatever they can to get out of work and continuously file grievances wasting company and union resources.

Just sad, unions weren't ever supposed to turn into what they are today, If they actually had balls enough to hold their members to an expected level of company and union support, they would still be valued, but at this time they are not anything but a pain in my ass.

Can't agrue with any of this. I've experienced the bold part too.

The carpenters I have worked with are not like that with the exception of a very few as in any occupation. If you don’t work and hold your own, we get rid of you. We all understood that if the company makes money we keep making money

Sure it wasn't the IBEW? The one thing nobody ever wanted to hear on a job. WE WILL GET SOME PEOPLE OFF THE BENCH. Those words meant total failure for keeping your job moving and staying on budget. There is a fucking reason they are on the bench.
