Why do i see some fans literally kicking Ryan Poles to the curb already when free agency literally just started and we also have the draft and exetera

We literally just entered inside free agency and knew that he wouldn't be making a big splash at the start because he literally said he wouldn't and we should take him at his word for that because word is bond but there are still people upset he hasn't signed a big name replacement for any of the big names he has cut from the roster but what the heck guys? He hasn't even drafted anyone and then after he does and other teams do then there will be more cuts and even possible trades to be had and as we know these aren't even necessarily dumpster diving style signings that happen in that phase so why can't we just sit back and give the guy a chance it isn't like the bears were going to be contenders for anything this year anyways so let the player play and stop hating the player and instead hate the game!

Those fans literally have no idea how badly Pace messed up the team. Oldest team in the NFL, glaring roster holes, salary screwed up, and future draft capital leveraged. There was literally no other area he could mess up except for taking a dump on his office floor.

Poles said he was going to wait until tier two and tier three to sign free agents because he wants to build the team through the draft but then he signed larry ogunjobi from tier one and everyone thought oh he must be willing to spend for tier one free agents but then he didn't sign anymore tier one free agents and then ogunjobi failed his physical and so they didn't even sign him but now they missed out on all the tier one free agents when poles was clearly willing to sign at least one tier one free agent and they kind of need to sign a tier one free agent because they have a lot of free money in the future which means they might have to overpay in the future just like jacksonville did this year just to get to the salary cap floor and nobody wants that because it might be too late by then if this season is a mess because the bears haven't surrounded justin fields with enough talent so they either waste a year of his development or ruin his development altogether so thats why you see some fans literally kicking Ryan Poles to the curb already when free agency literally just started and we also have the draft and excetera

It’s easier for fans to be patient if the bears got an offensive head coach who had a vision to make Fields into a top quarterback. Ogunjobi was a clear mistake. The Mack trade was questionable for value.

We will know in 5 years if Poles was a mistake or not but real-time criticism is pretty standard in this league.
