So it's a west coast thing?
On my visit to Seattle last year, I went into a library to snag their wifi and recharge the phone and was enjoying some munchies discreetly or so I thought. A library security guy comes up to me and warns me about the food but ignores the 2 dirty homeless guys snoozing on the comfy chairs. Priorities!
