Why is Kenny Williams the golden child?

This organization keeps playing manager musical chairs while Kenny Williams remains. Why? Outside of that lightening in the bottle World Series, what has this guy accomplished in the over two decades he's been around? Old man Reinsdorf needs to wake up and start holding accountability further up the food chain. because his way ain't working.
