QB: Culter, Fales
RB: Langford, Carey, Rodgers, Perry
FB/HB:
TE: Lee
WR: Jeffery, Wilson, Meredith
Slot: Royal, White
LT: Leno, Becton
LG: Slauson
C: Grasu
RG: Long
RT: Massie, Fabuluje
LDE: Ferguson, Gaston, Sutton
NT: Goldman, Williams
RDE: Washington, Scruggs
LOLB: McPhee
LILB: Trevathan, Anderson
RILB: Jones, Timu
ROLB: Houston, Young
LCB: Fuller, McMannis
RCB: Porter, Callahan
FS: Amos, Jones-Quartey
SS: Rolle, Jefferson
K: Gould
P: O'Donnell
LS: Scales
R:
Missing some key position players.
Free Agency:
TE: Germain Gresham, cheaper then Miller at this point.
LT: Kelvin Beachum? At the right price, would be good plan B if Leno fails and passes his physical coming off ACL
OG: Louis Vasquez: if can get for right price, good option to back-up in-side of line that very much lacks depth, even with Long moving back to RG
C: Will Montgomery as backup for final season?
DE: A Hicks: looks to be a MUST sign for the Bears right now after losing Jenkins to Jets
ILB: Zach Brown-would look good in this D with Fangio coaching him up.
CB: Patrick Robinson: even with Porter back, not much CB depth
S: Rahim Moore/David Bruton on a 1-year prove it deal. We need to find a reliable starting safety combo
Resign: Unrien DL and Thomas returner.
Draft:
D-line after d-line should be the theme.
1) DE Deforest Bucker Oregon: if he falls the Bears should sprint to the podium
2) CB William Jackson Houston: potential starter if Fuller/Porter regress
3) S Karl Joseph WV: if healthy would be a steal
4) OLB Alex McCalister Florida; has great first step and pass rush moves; character issues drop him to 4th
5) DE Jihad Ward Illinois- a lot of press lately, but may still drop in draft coming out of U of I which is in shambles lately
6) DE Shawn Oakman Baylor-why not take and have Fox and Fangio coach up
6) TE Tyler Higbee West Kentucky
6) QB Nate Sufeld Indiana
7) FB Dan Vitale NW: every running team needs a FB/HB
