Too many "what ifs" need to go their way for this to be a winning ball club. Offensive line gelling, steps forward for younger players, health and good play from aging veterans, competence and growth from new defensive coordinator, etc.

I could absolutely see scenarios where they go 9-8 or 10-7, but teams with this many questions rarely reach their more rosy outlooks.
