Friday night the Rockford IceHogs hosted the Iowa Wild. With their recent big loss against the Wolves on Wednesday, the Hogs were looking to redeem themselves. The Wild’s Mario Lucia sent a wake-up call to the IceHogs, a mere 48 seconds into the first period and the Hogs answered that call 4 times. Goals for Hogs were by Nolan Valleau & Sam Carrick in the 2nd frame and Nick Schmaltz & Cameron Schilling in the 3rd.
