Today I had the luxury to be at the game in which was Kerry Wood’s last game. Wood ended his career the same way it started as he struck out Dayan Viciedo on 3 pitches. It was a sad day and I will truly miss a great pitcher and guy. The Cubs lost 3-2, but that did not matter much today. We will see Wood more as he will be in the Cubs organization sometime in the near future. Tom Ricketts and Kerry Wood have acknowledge that. For right now, let’s wish the best to Kid K!
