It's always dead in the offseason. That coupled with the fact that the Bears don't have a 1st or 2nd probably doesn't help.

Chicago Bears forum front page - not sure if it is font size of the posting or what but something doesn't flow right (makes it harder to view some of the postings for me).

I think it is just a font (size and color) issue but that is just me and a divider from the pinned threads to the other threads. I'll move on, don't want to derail the thread (no biggie - just a preference thing).

It would be truer to say that the Bears lost when Burton was "injured". We lost a valuable offensive weapon. If the Bears had a RB that Nagy trusted more than Howard in his offense, this RB and Cohen could have made up for the loss of Burton.

After all, the Bears did not get blown out by the Eagles. With a more dynamic offense, they would not have needed some shitty kicker to make a game-winning field goal.

Agree to disagree. But I do agree that the list of Burton hurt, I am fine going TE in the 3rd as well.

Agree to disagree. But I do agree that the list of Burton hurt, I am fine going TE in the 3rd as well.

I just think that offense is a bigger need than defense. I could easily see TE being the pick at 3.

All of the edge rushers are not picked dry actually. You can find good pass rushers in the mid rounds just like every other position.

What I am trying to say is that the 2nd or 3rd best RB this year is probably better than the 21st best edge rusher this year.

Vontae Davis--What happened to this guy? He used to be a really good cover corner and is still just 31. I think maybe it was injury issues but not sure if his game got bad even when he was healthy.
