Interesting my appearance and the comment following it comes today of all days.
I had a couple back to back injuries that kept me out of the gym for quite some time, and I got full clearance to go nuts again... less time by the phone and computer!

There are a few names that I will be watching these lists for- funny enough I can see them either being top 10 or outside of the top one thousand, depending on what your criteria are.
either way, i wanna see heads explode.
