I do have to admit first that these kind of decisions are no longer a unilateral things due to recent history of what some viewed as "overmoderation".

That said...I really suck at the whole E-Murder thing. My ban list consists of one dude spamming porn GIFs all over the Bear Board, one dude dropping N-bombs on the Bear Board, several Eagle fans after the playoff loss and dozens of genuine spam accounts. My threshold is pretty high. I have not even gotten my turn to ban @Grimson yet.

When I expressed my thoughts on the forum, I stated why, yet there was no productive feedback, but instead I was mobbed by the crew.

And now you come on with a speech like a politician who really doesn’t care about the quality of the forums at all, it’s just an ego trip with you.

Also, I'd like to point out that I did indeed give constructive feedback when @Hampton fingers spent his first 10 posts bitching about stuff @bearmick said over 8 months ago, I told him to post less. Considering all he was doing was bitching, and no one likes a bitch, I'd say that was awesome advice.

What is not happening?

I see nothing but back and forth discussions on these boards...even when it strays from the intended discussion (NFL Football). People who say "so & so" sucks do make the argument why. Maybe not in every single post they have made on the subject, but they are out there. If you have not seen them...press them for it. It's literally the point of a message board.

You suddenly join the forum and start calling out very specific things about very specific posters that all happened long before your join date and you expected "productive feedback"???

That is like walking into a random house party and immediately start talking about Mike over in the living room is a total thief or Susie slept with Mary's boyfriend last week. No one is concerned with what you are saying...everyone is just wondering "who the heck is this guy?!?"

Ummmmmmmm, I make threads like Shaheen Dudpoll which does exactly the right things, on page one of bears board, but somehow u choose to whine about perceived forum dysfunction and injustice. Maybe adjust your perceptions to reality (and also stop derailing this thread please)
