It's the worst. After the rain we got this weekend paired with the snow from the previous couple of days, everything is just one big icicle. I keep telling myself it's almost March, so warmer days have to be ahead.

Nah, being from Chicago I'm fine with it all--temp or snow. It just never ceases to amaze me how bad Portland drivers are--especially when rain and snow are in the mix.
