I say Burfict in the 4th. 1st round talent that needs some coaching and mentoring.

Hey Sweetness,

Check these two guys out also, above Burfict in the projected draft.

Tank Carder, ILB/OLB, TCU ... Not to be confused with Tank Johnson.
Height: 6-2. Weight: 236.
40 Time: 4.56.
Bench: 19.
Vertical: 34.5. Broad: 10-1.
Arm: 31 1/2. Hand: 9.
Projected Round (2012): 3.

Audie Cole, ILB, North Carolina State
Height: 6-4. Weight: 246.
40 Time: 4.72.
Bench: 19.
Vertical: 35. Broad: 9-6.
Arm: 32 3/4. Hand: 10.
Projected Round (2012): 3-5.

That forty he ran is unreal for a LB.

Broad jump also.

Cole is right behind him, a bit slow ... at 4.72,

but 6'4" for a LB. Gimme some! :rimshot:

Can anyone find Urlachers numbers from his combine?

I really like the Green pick hope he falls to us in the 5th. I think the first four will be DL, WR, OL, LB in some order. If we could add Green in the 5th and have Emery do a good job filling those other picks I would be :cum: all over my tv!

Sweet, with the two CB's picked up ... TE could move up in the draft order.

TE in the third is now in play.

Gronkowski & Hernandez got N.E. to a Superbowl.

I don.t think we go TE in 3rd. To many other holes to fill. Maybe 4th. I can see Green in the fourth to us. But you are right about the DB's. I don't think we are going CB anymore unless someone falls bad and then maybe only if they want to make them a safety.

While the TE class isn't very deep, I wouldn't put it past Emery to grab one if he thought the price was right :rimshot:. It isn't likely, of course, but Emery is capable of anything at this point. He be trolling Bear's fans real gud.

And lets be lookin at Floyd moving up the charts.

He's probably gone.

And this is what gives Emery hemorrhoids ...

If Floyd is gone then move on to OL.

One problem ... DeCastro is projected at 18th ...

a projected ten year PRO-BOWLER ...

and guess who picks at 19th?

Can Emery do a simple swap of picks and throw in a fifth to make the deal,

to DRAFT UP (I know this is unheard of under the old regime) TO GET US ...

Decastro?

Who got to the SUPERBOWL last time?

Oh ... you mean those fucks from N.E. that got there with a two TE set?

Those guys? They lost.

The only problem is ... they showed how to get to a SUPERBOWL.

:yeah:

This is one that we could get :

Louisiana-Lafayette tight end Ladarius Green should be a coveted commodity in the 2012 NFL Draft for teams that took notice of the spectacular season posted by the New Orleans Saints' Jimmy Graham.

Green racked up a career-high 51 receptions and eight touchdowns in 2011, while his 606 yards fell short of the prior year's 794 on just 44 grabs (18.0 per reception).

Major upside

Strengths

•Great height at 6-foot-5 3/4 and large wingspan (34 1/2-inch arms)
•Red zone target with good vertical jump (34 1/2 inches)
•Big-play ability
•Respectable route runner
•Strong, large hands (10 1/8 inches) - catches away from his body
•Ball security
•Quick feet - smooth release; uses hands to gain separation at the line
•A wealth of upside
•Good speed for the position (4.53-second 40-yard dash)
•Known to be a hard worker

Weaknesses

•Minor injury concerns (missed five career games because of ankle and neck injuries)
•Skinny build - only 238 pounds at 6-foot-5 3/4
•Will struggle to maintain blocks in the NFL
•Raw, somewhat one-dimensional player
•Has a tendency to turn upfield before securing the ball

In the third round if yer Emery ... and wants WR & OL also ...

Floyd is looking like a top 10 pick the way the ESPN special was lauding him. Several teams could use his talents with draft picks that high, heck they couldn't even decide which team would take him.

What's with thinking a 237lb TE would be practical pick for the NFL? I'm assuming he wouldn't ever be in the game for possible running situations. I'm not sure at 237lbs he could block a CB in this league. You thinking 6th or 7th round prospect?
