Never understood how a defensive player of the year doesn't make all-defensive 1st team which has happened the last 2 years. None the less, congrats to him because he deserved it.

I'm guessing it was because both Jo and Chandler tied in votes and CP3 had the fewest among the 1st teamers so if Cp3 didn't make it then only 1 guard would be on the team so they made it 6. That would be my guess.

I'd think to break the tie they'd take the player with more first team votes (Chandler) but apparently not. I'm not sure if it matters if they have 2 guards/2 fowards/1 center for all defensive team, but I'm not sure...I guess that's the usual format.
