Notre Dame is part of the French and European culture. This is horrible. So sad. Probably the second most well-known church in the entire Christian world after St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.

High profile charity, this is about the attention. Using the same millions to save lives in Puerto Rico, nobody even bats an eye. Right now Notre Dame is where your charity cash makes the biggest splash.
