With T-tech's waltz to the Final Four I think DeAndre Hunter has played himself onto the list of useful wings as their only scorer who can create his own shot, I find his game well worthy of a top 5-15 selection

and a big reason they held Michigan to 44 points. Did you see what he did to them in the first half. My god...

I thought Michigan was very beatable this year, as Mi.St. proved 3 times, however...I didn't think you could beat them under 60 points. My god.

Virginia hasn't played Michigan in the tournament.

I thought Duke lacked length and depth a bit...and when Zion was out it was insurmountable for Barrett and Bolden to do that much heavy lifting.
Even in brief foul trouble for Zion Duke was exposed in elite 8 over 2-3 minutes.

For me the draft is really.... given a draft grade for a typical year

1A!!!) Zion. Who would be drafted #1 overall if they came out same time...Lebron or Zion?
3-6) Ja Morant
6-10) White...probably the last player I will be jazzed about
10+) Barrett

Now I am assuming there are some bigs and some Euro players that will fill in spaces. Hunter, Barrett, Culver, Reddish are all fine pieces to any team with high upside...happy to draft of course they just don't do a ton for me. Maybe Reddish can be Beal like. Or Culver/Hunter can become 3 and D guys. Barrett can do some things for you and has the build that is hard to defend in today's game.

1. Zion

3. R.J Barrett
4. Jarrett Culver
5. Coby White

If we go anybody other than those 5, I will not be happy.

well, the hawks fought to the end and still ended up winners in the lottery. Somehow I feel the bulls will end up as far back as possible.

More realistically, it's going to be:

#1: Tyler Cook
#2: Terrell Brown
#3: Marial Shayok

And they will trade out of the lottery + 2 future firsts to get any one of them.

If nobody makes that trade, then they will likely pick Cam Reddish #3 overall.

Freshman from Vanderbilt that got hurt at the beginning of the season and hasn’t played since. Was a big time recruit

Zion
Ja
Culver
RJ

The rest I don't really give a fuck about. I'm not a big RJ fan, but I think he could be a decent scorer off the bench.

New York and Zion are a lock for the #1 pick. My only hope is that Silver rewards GarPax for not really tanking the last two seasons.

Just watch the Knicks get the number 1 pick, take Zion and ruin his career.. The draft is in New York(Brooklyn).

if we don't get the top three, trade it for Lebron, f@#k it.

at this moment I'm at...

First Tier: Lottery God
1. Zion.

Second Tier: Lottery worthy
2. Morant 3. Garland 4. R.J. Barrett

Third Tier: There are alot of players I don't like (Culver/Hunter/Reddish etc), but if we miss out on 4 above, I think you trade down and select from guys with great potential
10. Jontay Porter 10. Okpala 10. Doumbouya
or if guards are you thing
10. White 10. Alexander 10. Dort

Top heavy, deep class....but not that many truly worthy of the 5-15 range.

We need a top 4 pick to come out of this roses because of the conspicious lack of euro talent in this years draft.

I'm not going to act like I know alot about basketball, but I from what I watched of him I am Team Ja Morant. They guy is a special talent. A true play creator and magician with the ball. The amount of assists he has per game is incredible and everyone around him is better when he is on the court.

Didn't watch much of Texas Tech, but Culver did not stick out to me as a special player in the National Championship.
Avoid Kentucky players
I'm a Tennessee fan - so sleeper pick is Jordan Bone. If you don't get Ja Morant, Bone is a great PG with plenty of upside. Unselfish, creative passer, and good speed. Pairing him up with Zion would be a great duo

Bone or Dort or Alexander could be good second round PG steals. I’d take any of those plus Zion as a true draft coupe.
