You all need to stop acting like this game will be a blowout win. It is far far from that. The game could go against us for several reasons:

1. We are coming off an emotional high playing our best game and beating the best team in the NFL. It is hard to sustain that.

2. The Packers are 0-6 on the road. Their last 4 road games were against 11-2 Rams, 9-4 Patriots, 8-5 Seahawks and 6-6-1 Vikings. They have had the lead or been tied in the 4th quarter of all of them. They are due for a road victory.

3. The Packers know they have to win out to have any chance of making the playoffs.

4. The Packers have a new coach and will play hard for him.

5. We almost always get unlucky vs the Packers. They have our number until proven otherwise.

Now, we have 2 things in our favor. Rodgers comments about always winning at Soldier Field (although it's true) and the fact that we can clinch the division with a win without help from Minnesota.

Personally, I like our chances because we have a better all around team. I am not going to sit here though and say that this game is going to be a blowout or Rodgers will get injured, etc. I am smarter than that. I would take a 1 point win right now no questions asked.

I think we can win or lose any week.

Thanks for the diatribe, though.

They could also very easily lose to us...

1. They suck

2. They haven't won a single game on the road

3. The Packers knew they probably should have beat Arizona and they couldn't

5. We aren't unlucky vs the Packers. They just have generally been much better than us. Luck has nothing to do with it. It was talent and coaching. That is different this year.

I thought they were lucky to win the 1st game this year.

You are confusing luck with a failure to execute and make plays when needed......bad luck would be something completely out of your control affecting what happens to you....

Well... it was unlucky for us fans to have to sit through that letdown. There.

1. We are coming off an emotional high playing our best game and beating the best team in the NFL. It is hard to sustain that.

You have literally zero idea the emotional impact (lol) this last game had on the bears. Despite your use of "our", you aren't on the team.

2. Packers are 0-6 on the road. Their last 4 road games were against 11-2 Rams, 9-4 Patriots, 8-5 Seahawks and 6-6-1 Vikings. They have had the lead or been tied in the 4th quarter of all of them. They are due for a road victory.

This isn't how statistics, probabilities, or odds work. You're approaching these games like it's a cointoss. It's not. There's millions of variables. Extremely stupid.

3. The Packers know they have to win out to have any chance of making the playoffs.

The Packers can win out and still miss the playoffs. Easily. They aren't making the playoffs. Extremely stupid.

4. The Packers have a new coach and will play hard for him.
Why do you make these sweeping assumptions? The Packers players could completely fucking hate the guy for all we know. Do you seriously think there aren't players that were (are still) in McCarthys camp? Extremely stupid.

5. We almost always get unlucky vs the Packers. They have our number until proven otherwise.

The all time matchup is almost exactly 50/50.

You have displayed (again, for the thousandth-some time) that you are a joke, and should never be taken seriously. Take your piss-poor baersitude and 3rd grade comprehension level of numbers and go fuck a duck.

This is going to be one for the ages. This is the one we will look back on and say “that’s when the packers officially lost control of the North after 25 fucking years”

This is your typical "I told you so" thread for the OP to bump if bears lose, with the "Personally, I like our chances because we have a better all around team." added caveat to avoid getting called out should the Bears win.
