Husk. I peel the outer layers of husk off and trim the top and bottom of the ear. I soak them in water then cook them til the husk is browned up. The husk and silk removes easily after its cooked.

I say remove husk and silk, brine for like an hr and cook directly over medium heat rotating every 2 mins. Takes like 10-15. Get a little char on it. Don't be scurred.

You guys gotta try sprinkling some Tajin seasoning on buttered corn on the cob. They were giving out samples at the grocery store and that shit was delicious.

Actually, the last time I grilled corn I peeled it completely and put a little butter, salt and pepper on it and grilled it straight like that. I also did a couple with chili p, paprika, cayenne, etc and it was all good. I preferred the salt and pepper, though.

Butter before hand? Could you taste it?

Not sure. Tasted the salt pepper and smokiness more than anything. I don't normally butter my grilled corn as it doesn't usually need it IMO. I just did that time for whatever reason.

A chicken that craps beer, is almost as good as a goose that lays golden eggs. :fap:
