BBQ @ this household! Probalbly ribs, maybe steaks(trying to cut down on the meat lately). Fresh corn and asparugus along with a classic baked potato. All the while enjoying THE W!!!!!!
This is the winner. Feel free now to shut down this thread cause nothing can beat it

I hadnt thought about it. But maybe Chicago dogs? I havent made em in a while. I just wish poppy seed buns werent so hard to find.

Just tapped my Oktoberfast Ale so I will probably have a couple of those to go with it. My stomach is growling already!

I'm thinking a nicely seared medium rare skirt steak french cut with some kale sauteed in garlic and butter and finished with a splash of garlic red wine vinegar and a loaded baked potato or perhaps a potato cake.

beer braised brats. this is what I do:
In one of those tinfoil roasting pans i add
2 cans of beer
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 large onion
2 sticks of butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Cover with aluminum foil and put on hot grill for 10 to 15 minutes or untill almost done (onions will just start turning translucent). Next brown brats on the grill (dont cook them all the way through). After brats brown put them back in the beer mix and back on grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Or if you have more time put them in electric roaster on low heat for 3 or 4 hours.
I have made these many time always with rave reviews...enjoy!

If I had a Lou's pizza I'd make that but I ate my last one about a week ago. So, it will probably be my last of the mail order Portillo's Italian Beef.
