I have to watch this on fox midwest. Their announcers are intolerable. They brought up cubs prospects and didn't even mention Alcantara. Obviously I hate them forever now. No one puts mendy in a corner!

I am trying to respond to the "horrible" part, but laughing too hard at this.

Dan McLaughlin is as childish as it gets - oh, wait, Al Hrabosky is worse, but he's not in the booth tonight. But, you are right. They are really intolerable.

I said that a while ago.. I think it might do him some good just to sit and watch a game from dugout.. observe and just talk to some of the players like rizzo, Valbuena and coaches about pitches and stuff..

Not sure I like Castro trying to make that a triple. It's not a terrible play by him but we're talking about a 1 run game.

Castro looked back to see the throw as he ran toward third. WTF????

Meanwhile, as I type, the announcers continue licking Yadi's balls.

Thinking ahead to next season... Their going to have 4 potential 30+ HR hitters batting 3-6 in lineup, which means if they get good OBP out of the 1 n 2 slot, their gonna score a ton of runs.

Holy crap.

Baez hit 3 HR's in first 3 games, and was first to do it in....what?...20 years?

Soler is now the 2nd in a month.

7 for 11. 3 HR's, 6 RBI.

Looks SOOOOO much more polished than the others. Not that I am down on them.

I told you this guy was vastly underrated. WOW!
