It is. He posted his Inside the Trenches video on facebook. I shot him a note saying that this would be a good source of traffic. I'd imagine he's ran into some turds since a majority of his interactions are on Facebook and we all know how Facebook fans can be. If you think this place is bad after a loss, Facebook is 10x worse.

That was a real special unit though. Not o mention Toub. I'm waiting to really judge Joe D, but by everything I've heard, it's probably going to get worse.

I was listening to Patrick Mannelly on the Score the other day and he was talking about the difference in accountability approaches that Decamillis and Toub have. Apparently Toub had a very detailed scoring system for his players and created a very competitive room, breaking down every aspect of every play. Toub was very focused on individual performance and how it could impact the success of the unit. Decamillis is more "old school" i guess, where all he really cares about is the Bears winning the game. He goes off on his players for shitty play but is not highly detailed or documenting in his evaluation process.
I know different players respond in various ways to methods of teaching and holding accountable, but it sounded like Decamillis didn't really have a defined method at all. Sounded like he's just some meatball that straps on a visor and yells at people. I miss Toub.
