Snell showed up. I guess that's a plus.

I just want to see McDermott hoist up a ton of 3s just to see what happens.
Still pumping up that trade value. Just let the offense go through him for a quarter. His stock will soar.

He's probably been the best offensive option throughout the game. Man that is sad...

Its kinda annoying they keep praying the cavs recent trade. Obviously they good good additions, they traded away a ton of picks.

So I suppose this means doom and gloom, blow it up, we're done, and other such posts are incoming

It is one more data point that leads us to the same conclusion we all should have been drawing 20, 10, 5 games ago.

I know they are making a run right now, but the worst thing they could do is win this game. At some point they need to break the rut they are in where they play with no desire until after the half. That is why letting them think and making them take the beating is probably the best thing.

Thibs will never do it though. He cares to much about the here and now.

The Cavs could have traded for the seven dwarves and it would have looked like a good trade vs the Bulls tonight.

Screw this, I'm going to watch orphan black. Unlike los toros, that show won't disappoint me.

And the Bulls could trade for the 12 Monkeys, but if Thib's doesn't know how to use them, it doesn't matter.

Lets see. Tonight we started three of the worst defenders in the league in Hinrich, Rose, and Gasol. This was absolutely hard to watch. None of those guys could have guarded my mother when she was 99(she still had some good post moves:)).

Thibs, I think has been dealt a bad hand right now and this is probably a big time moment in his pro career. This is as bad as the Bulls have played under him. Without Noah, there is clearly NO LEADER on this team and that is a problem. This team isn't going anywhere without a healthy Noah.

Gasol gets his ass handed to him by a guy who can't jump one inch off of the floor. These guys have no balls right now.

Hinrich dribbles off of his shoe and then on another play, takes one dribble and fumbles it out of bounds. What was his line anyway.......0-12?

I haven't agreed with you much in the past, and I have been a big Kirk supporter in the past, but it's time for him to be a 3rd option at this point.

Spurs up next. Ugh.

Spurs
Mavs
Heat
Warriors
Lakers (yes!)
Suns
Rockets
Pelicans

Bulls better start the turn around or they may be in the 5th spot behind the Cavs at the on valentines day.

This team seemed on top of the world after beating Houston... since then, they've been garbage and exposed.

I know the playoffs start in April, but shit they look ugly and the defense hasn't really been there at all this year.

I don't know what game you were watching, but the Cavs' offense did what they were supposed to do, and not a whole lot more. It was the Bulls' offense and rebounding which was horrible tonight.

You get all those extra shots, and never take advantage of turnovers, and you're going to lose most of the time.

The bulls seem to be bored. They not playing like they care. I think the all star break would do them wonders. They need a break.

Selfish defense. They're doing better with Snell, because he is one of the few guys that isn't fighting his own teammates for assignments. Pau gets out of position quick which forces the frontcourt to constantly adjust. Jimmy and Kirk are guarding too many players off picks without communicating with the next man in position to switch. Rose makes too many matchups personal, and uses his captain status to guide help away. Noah, slow and beat, but at least he is exactly where he needs to be on 9 out of 10 drives. Brooks takes the bait on every slash, which often creates a lot of wide open looks for the opposing team. Grading Niko as a rookie, he's not terrible, but it seems like most of his mistakes come from not paying attention to the scouting report.

I'm convinced this is the problem. It's selfish defense. A few guys want their comfort spots and simply aren't communicating and adjusting on every play, like they're supposed to. And this makes Thibs whole system look bad.
