The balls were 2psi deflated. All but one. Bill you got some splainin' to do.
Does he cement his legacy as a cheater? Caught twice, I see it no other way. The offense may not significant, but its effect on popularity could be profound, if a repeat offender gets a mere slap on the wrist. I think a bountygate type suspension would not be out of line.

With spygate, you could see how the Patriots gave themselves a clear distinct advantage with their cheating ways. With this, I'd assume both QBs get the same advantage of a better grip in the wet weather so not sure how much advantage there is for the one side.

If anything I would think that it would be an advantage for the colts since their offense is far more pass oriented.
