Raanta is not large, doesn't have an impressive quality or starter potential... he's not something that people see as something nearly as significant as any of these guys.
Even though he may of had better stats than Lack, Lack the last few years had a higher overall considered future.
Most of these other guys who got more, Jones/Lehner are going TO BE Starters next season. That's why they are the ones who got 1sts, they're still under 26 and going to be a starter. That's a bigger significant prospect than a guy who teams see as at best a backup without much likelyhood of growing as a player.
