Can they afford to cut Vereen and Leno? I have no doubts that Leno will get the axe eventually (and I'll be happy) and probably Vereen too but don't they need someone of the roster first to replace them?

This is hard this year because there are going to be many new players claimed to fill out the roster. Also, not sure what they are planning for the 3rd QB position. The LB position my have a surprise cut. Vereen has not impressed. Leno they may keep but he looked bad again today.

I agree with all that, but I would be surprised to see Vereen and Leno cut at this point. I would think they would wait and see who is cut and who they can pick up first. Then once they find those players, those two would be gone. Just don't know that they have anyone behind Vereen and Leno that they roll the dice and rely on and cross their fingers for an upgrade later.
