Yeah! That's the way the NBA works. The Bulls don't have a franchise player. You need one of those to win titles.
Unless a miracle happens, yeah the Bulls are a competitive team that won't ever beat the best in a playoff series unless some fluky luck thing happens.

First I've seen this but Rose has few options better than staying. No good team is going to throw a big contract at a guy with his injury history and a bad team might not either. He's proven to be fragile from head to knee so no GM is going to gamble that big of a chunk of his salary cap on Rose because when he gets hurt and they can't sign other players, You're FIRED.

Lol...Lebron beat the Bulls by himself. Rose is going to be the first NBA MVP to not go to the HOF in league history. Forgetaboutit.
Is that true? Crazy if so, but rose is definitely not headed towards hof.

Rose is a 15 million dollar player in my opinion. Not bad but not elite. He can play at an elite level, but elite players do it consistently. He just can't do that. Some team will pay him more, and it better not be the Bulls.

I'm not sure if Steve Nash is HOF.

2× NBA Most Valuable Player (2005, 2006)
8× NBA All-Star (2002–2003, 2005–2008, 2010, 2012)
3× All-NBA First Team (2005–2007)
2× All-NBA Second Team (2008, 2010)
2× All-NBA Third Team (2002–2003)
2× NBA Skills Challenge champion (2005, 2010)
5× NBA assists leader (2005–2007, 2010–2011)
4× 50–40–90 club (2006, 2008–2010)

HOF forsure

yeah Rose is likely the first MVP to not make the hall

unless they fuck over Iverson which i could see happening...Iverson did what he wanted to do and said what he wanted to say and his play style is one that many hate

It seems that you're happy that Lebron has beaten the Bulls. You're a Lebron stan.

Lebron James is a extremely talented, yet lucky player. He had been injury free during his career, while catching breaks as his opponents have been besieged with injuries over the years.

Let's see where Rose is after he gets his depth perception back. And, also, Jimmy Butler is no LeBron. But he looks capable of being a franchise player.

I don't think it's necessarily a lack of passion for the game. As someone who's had both ACLs repaired, I can tell you that you never EVER get that feeling of indestructibility back once you've sustained knee injuries like that. Toss in that Rose seems more concerned with his earning potential in his next contract and his life after basketball physically, and I can definitely see why he doesn't go "balls out" anymore. Don't agree with it, but now I understand his motivation.

Why do people still think Rose's eye isn't fully healed? He got the surgery like 2 months ago and the recovery time is 2-4 weeks.

To be able to take contact again, 2-4 weeks is the timeline. It can take months for a broken orbital bone to heal.

But the double vision and vision problems cease after 4 weeks tops. He has no vision problems. He's just not very good.

Can you elaborate? From everything I've read and heard from people/players who have had the procedure, the vision issues usually stop after 2-3 weeks. He had the surgery what, 2 months ago?
