Jimmy Butler is headed to another NBA All-Star Game. On Thursday the Chicago Bulls shooting guard was named to the Eastern Conference reserve team after not being named a starter just a week ago. The official announcement came Thursday night during the NBA on TNT's pregame show as the full roster were revealed. Despite being one of the best guards in the Eastern Conference, Butler lost the starters vote to Toronto's Kyle Lowry and*Dwyane Wade. https://twitter.com/chicagobulls/status/692863197452218369 Butler is making his second-straight appearance in the All-Star Game as he was named last season as well. In 44 games this year, Butler is averaging a career-high 22.3 points and 4.2 assists per game. He signed a five-year, $95 million contract in the offseason. He will be the lone Chicago Bulls representative this season as forward Pau Gasol missed out on being named a starter by nearly 360 votes. Gasol lost his bid to New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony. The All-Star Game will take place Sunday, Feb. 12 in Toronto with events beginning Friday night leading up to the game.
