RAGLAND IS AN 11TH ROUND TALENT YOU JABRONI!!!!!!!!!

Ha - I kid, I kid. I love Ragland. Think he'd be a pretty good fit with Fangio. He's one strong SOB - tough as nails. I don't think he has elite athleticism but he should have a 10 year career.
I don't think Fangio would want him. No length. 32" arms

The arm length thing doesn't really pertain to inside LBs.

More OLBs and DEs.

Maybe we are being greedy, maybe a 10 year starter and elite run defender is good enough.

If you are drafting a defender in the top 15, they need to project as very strong against the passing game. Be it coverage or rushing the passer, they need to check one of those boxes if they're getting drafted that high.

I'm unconvinced that Ragland meets that criteria.

No thanks.

He' s the eddie lacy of lb's.......fat and slow.

Jack or Smith in r1 or scooby wright in r2/3 would be better lb picks.

Personally i think ragland will fall as we move thru the draft process.

Another highly touted player I'm not interested in is vernon hargraves.....too small ( just look at his pict

While I agree Ragland, might be a reach @ 11, pairing him with an athletic LB like Trevathan, through FA, wouldn't be the worst case in the world. Lucky for the Bears the draft is pretty deep in ILBs (Wright III, Brothers, Morrison, Vigil, Norris, Rhodes), even some OLB/SS hybrids that might be worthy in making the move inside (Lee, Cravens, Killebrew, Perry, Schobert, Striker).

Prepared to get lit up by the Ragland haters, there are lots.

Goodnight and good luck.

I don't think people hate Ragland- people just don't think hes worthy of #11. We'll find out a lot more at the combine and I'm guessing they'll be right.

I would'nt cry with Ragland but I'm sticking with Spence as our #1 pick despite his shorts arms/character issues. Fangio doesn't like to blitz so we take the best pass rusher available. I wouldn't mind Nkemdiche here also. He's got Tommie Harris quickness and strength but unfortunately may have off the field craziness like Tommie also. Rankins looked good in senior bowl practices but to me he's another Will Sutton.
Tommie Harris had off the field issues?
